What licence do I need?
Cars, people movers, vans, moving trucks up to 4.5t and 12-seat minibuses can be driven on a full car licence. A 22- or 25-seat bus needs a light rigid or medium rigid licence.
What is pre-check-in?
It's the details we collect before you travel — licence, drivers, cover, extras and flight — so collection at the counter is quicker.
Why is a bond required?
A bond covers fuel, tolls, fines or damage costs identified after return. It's processed at collection and typically released within 5 to 10 business days.
Can vehicles be delivered?
Yes. Kangaroo offers personal vehicle delivery in Geelong, and Turnbull's delivers commercial vehicles and project fleets to site.
